Overview: This project was a visual newsletter design, which combined research and UX thinking, in order to produce an useful and visually coherent read for people.

Concept: Sleep problems affect around , #% of people (Link), and sleep works with other systems of the body to influence people’s well-being, function, and directives. It seemed like a pretty relatable and relevant content/theme especially, with around 1/3 of life in sleep.

Design: I figured a design with images would make sciencey info, which can be dry and take quite a bit of time to parse through, more transmissible and perhaps even fun to read, and with that an ability to be recalled, utilized, and acted upon later.
